Privacy policy
This is a demonstration site. KLAR detailing studio does not exist — the name, address and prices were written for a portfolio. The form, however, genuinely works, so if you fill it in your data really is stored. Here is what happens to it.
Who receives the data
Submissions go to Bartosz Moczulajtys, who built this site, at car@klar.kadrownia.com. They are not passed to any detailing business, because no such business exists here.
What we collect
Only what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, optionally the make and model of your car, and your message. Plus the list of services you selected by clicking the car or the price list.
Who processes it along the way
The site runs on WordPress and the form is handled by the site’s own code — a submission is stored in the site’s admin panel and emailed to the author. No third-party form or analytics service is involved. The server is in Poland — Zenbox hosting, Beyond.pl data centre in Poznań.
Cookies
For visitors this site sets no cookies at all and uses no analytics. That is why there is no consent banner — there is nothing to consent to. Fonts are served from the same server as the page, so opening it does not connect you to Google or any other font provider.
How long
Submissions from this demonstration site are deleted after 30 days. They exist only to check that the form works.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing. One message to the address above is enough — I will confirm the deletion. You may also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
